If you book your flights less than fourteen days before departure,
we will automatically arrange for you to collect your tickets at the
airport. You will be advised where to collect your tickets when your
cheap flights are confirmed. A £10 administration charge will be levied for
this service.

credit card fee. Unfortunately, we cannot accept American Express, Diners,
Solo or Electron cards.

If you wish to cancel or change your
booking, whether it is to change the name of a member
of your party, add another member, change the date on
whichyou wish to travel, or cancel the booking altogether,
we can do this. Please refer to our booking conditions
for the administration fees applicable to your amendment.

and a member of our staff will be happy to assist. Charges
depend on which carrier you are flying with.

In order to ensure the safety and welfare of our younger passengers
we cannot accept bookings for any individual aged 15 or under on the
dates of travel, unless accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over.

One infant less than 2 years old on the date of the return journey may
sit on a parent's lap on a flight. An administration fee will be charged depending on the airline.

special dietary requirements, questions about specific

Most airlines accept expectant mothers for travel provided they are
in a fit condition and not over the 34th week on the return sector of
the flight. Many airlines, however, will require a doctor's certificate
so please either check with our Customer services department.
